RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board 1) provide the grant funds of $109,260 for the purchase of the Buzzlitz property, contingent upon Triangle Land Conservancy procuring all necessary funds to purchase the property, and approve Budget Amendment #6-B; and 2) approve and authorize the Manager to sign the attached grant agreement, subject to final review by the County Attorney.
