CTE is one of the three. <br /> 30 <br /> 31 NCWORKS Career Coach - Linda Hall, Cedar Ridge High School <br /> 329 The Career Coach works collaboratively with faculty and staff of Durham Tech and Cedar Ridge <br /> 33 High School to promote and deliver a seamless transition process for high school students into <br /> 34 the college. <br /> 35• The Career Coach will identify potential CCP CTE career pathways and/or changes to current <br /> 36 pathways based on industry needs. <br /> 379 The Career Coach is responsible for helping high school students define their career aspirations <br /> 38 and identify community college programs and/or training to meet their career goals. <br /> 39• The Career Coach will educate students to make informed decisions regarding career and <br /> 40 academic plans in preparation for success in post-secondary education and training. <br /> 41 <br /> 42 College Liaison - Abby McAlister - Orange High 3 days a week. <br /> 43• Supports CCP students <br /> 449 Provides support for seniors planning to continue their education at DTCC <br /> 459 Funding is split between county and DTCC <br /> 46 <br /> 47 Articulation Agreement <br /> 48 Includes 7 program areas with 29 courses. <br /> 49 <br /> 50 Other Partnerships <br />
