Recommend that the timeline noted herein related to Next Steps A, B, and C be <br /> 41 pursued with all due diligence <br /> 42 <br /> 43 Commissioner Greene asked if any thought has been given to the conservation <br /> 44 easements, such as who would hold them, as well as the timing. She asked if Orange County <br /> 45 could take the lead in getting this process going. <br /> 46 Craig Benedict said after staff finds out exactly what the 60-acre shape will be, staff can <br /> 47 work with another entity. He said staff has approached the Triangle Land Conservancy in the <br /> 48 past, who was not interested, but this is now better environmental lands than it was before, and <br /> 49 shows the connectivity to the preserve. He said a third party may be more interested at this <br /> 50 time. <br />
