There are three <br />enclosures with this submittal. The first enclosure contains a Scope of Services and Cost <br />Proposal, as well as a statement of qualifications, the names of principals, a list of similaz <br />projects, and a project schedule, The second enclosure is a copy of a report recently submitted to <br />the North Carolina Department of Transportation.
