Pending receipt of permit signatures, the project should be started <br /> approximately three weeks from acceptance of this proposal. The following is presented for your <br /> review. <br /> Geothermal Test Well Drilling and Construction <br /> Installation of one (1)400'x 1 1/4" HDPE geothermal loop in a 6" borehole at a site <br /> designated by others. Includes mobilization and per diem charges for a three (3) <br /> person crew, including supervision by a North Carolina Certified Well Driller, and <br /> North Carolina Professional Geologist. Grout will be a 1.2 mixture. All construction <br /> will be within IGSHPA Standards. Includes single pre-drilling site visit,single drilling <br /> rig mobilization, and single in-situ testing mobilization. <br /> Estimated Geothermal Test Well Total 9,000.00 <br /> Geothermal Conductivity Testing <br /> Perform a thermal conductivity test on the geothermal well. To include connecting <br /> a test station to the installed loop, measuring the natural ground temperature, <br /> performing a heat loading thermal test within IGSHPA recommendations, and <br /> report preparation and boring log preparation. The report will be sealed by a North <br /> Carolina Licensed Geologist. <br /> In-Situ Conductivity Testing Total 5,500.00 <br /> Estimated total $14,500.00 <br /> 1. Ease and accessibility to the well site with the well drill. <br /> 2. The understanding that geothermal system installation is conducted with very heavy <br /> equipment. Some landscaping and/or possibly pavement damage will occur, repair of <br /> which is not included within these costs. <br /> 3.
