DocuSign Envelope ID:283A3B52-C94B-489E-9B1D-4FD2FEF5E4AB <br /> MOrOROLA SOLUTIONS <br /> Orange County Wall mounted antenna system <br /> Removal and Re-Installation <br /> Statement of Work <br /> 1/22/19 <br /> Overview <br /> This document describes the statement of work (SOW) provided by <br /> Motorola to disconnect the existing antenna system from the Orange <br /> County, NC ("Orange County") Primary Communications Center and re- <br /> install this equipment following the Orange County remediation process. <br /> This document and other supporting information are provided to Orange <br /> County for the stated improvements. <br /> Relocation and installation services will be supplied for the following <br /> subsystems: <br /> • Wall mounted antenna system (5 yagi and 4 stick antenna) <br /> The following sections provide general descriptions of the implementation <br /> details provided under this contract. <br /> Antenna System <br /> A man lift will be rented to get up to the antennas on the wall. Antennas, <br /> pipes, coax, wall and mounted brackets will be removed. Before the <br /> Orange County contractor comes in for the sanitization. <br /> Antenna System Re-Installation <br /> Upon notice from Orange County that the Primary PSAP remediation <br /> process and remodeling has been completed Motorola/MCA will provide <br /> the following installation services. <br /> Wall mounted antenna system <br /> A man lift will be rented again the wall mounted brackets will be install <br /> with the pipes. The antenna will be put on the pipes, coax will be run <br /> from the antenna into the building to the poly phasers. All equipment <br /> will be grounded to the Motorola R56 standard. Wall mounted bracket <br /> will be reused and the antennas. Coax will be replaced as because it <br /> went into the building. <br /> 1 <br />
