This equipment will be <br /> turned over to the County sub-contractor for the sanitization process. <br /> The desktop mobile radios will be powered off and disconnected. This <br /> equipment will be turned over to the County sub-contractor for the <br /> sanitization process. <br /> Radio Console System Re-Installation <br /> Upon notice from Orange County that the Primary PSAP remediation <br /> process and remodeling has been completed Motorola will provide the <br /> following installation services. <br /> Radio Console Backroom Equipment <br /> The backroom equipment will be reinstalled in the racks that it is was <br /> removed. All equipment will be grounded to the Motorola R56 standard. <br /> CATS will be run to each position for connectivity to the network switch <br /> in the backroom. One for the PC and one for the VPM. A third CATS will <br /> be run for position logging audio. The fourth will be a spare. <br /> Radio Console Positions <br /> Radio console positions will be reinstalled at each position. This will <br /> include radio PC (depending on Viper schedule), Monitor, VPM, desktop <br /> speakers, headset jacks and foot switch. It will be connected to the CATS <br /> from the backroom. A new ground will have to be installed from each <br /> position to the backroom. It will be grounded to Motorola R56 standard. <br /> Post installation testing/Final Acceptance <br /> After the installation is complete the technician and Orange County will <br /> test all functions of the Radio consoles. Subsequently, Orange County <br /> can submit a punch list to Motorola if any of the functions did not work <br /> properly. Motorola will resolve any issues on the punch list at that point <br /> Orange County will be asked to sign a Final Acceptance Completion <br /> Certificate. Motorola will not be responsible for any damage while <br /> equipment is removed, in storage and brought back to Orange County <br /> Emergency Management Dispatch. <br /> Orange County's Responsibilities <br /> The following items are the responsibility of the Orange County, or its <br /> agents: <br /> 2 <br />
