However, skirting is required and the mobile <br />home must be connected in conformance with all applicable laws and <br />regulations. <br />5.5.75.5.8 Group Care Facility <br />(A) Submittal Requirements and Standards of Evaluation for Class B Special Use <br />Permit <br />(1) Submittal Requirements – <br />In addition to the information required by section 2.7, the following information <br />shall be supplied as part of the application for approval of this use: <br />(a) A description of the type of persons to be cared for and the nature of the <br />care to be provided. <br />(b) If structural alterations to existing structures or new construction is <br />required, a complete description of the nature and extent of these <br />alterations or new construction. <br />(2) Standards of Evaluation – <br />(a) The proposed use is not within 500 feet of another existing Family Care <br />Facility or Group Care Facility. <br />(b) Structural alterations shall be of such a nature as to preserve the <br />residential character of the building. <br />(c) If a Sstate license or permit is required to operate such a facility, the <br />standards necessary to qualify for such a permit have been met. <br />5.5.85.5.9 Group Home133 <br />(A) Submittal Requirements and Standards of Evaluation for Class B Special Use <br />Permit <br />(1) Submittal Requirements – <br />In addition to the information required by section 2.7, the following information <br />shall be supplied as part of the application for approval of this use: <br />(a) A description of the type of persons who will be living within the facility. <br />(b) If structural alterations to existing structures or new construction is <br />required, a complete description of the nature and extent of these <br />alterations or new construction. <br />(2) Standards of Evaluation <br />(a) The proposed use is not within 500 feet of another existing Family Care <br />Facility, Group Home, or Group Care Facility. <br />(b) Structural alterations shall be of such a nature as to preserve the <br />residential character of the building. <br />5.5.10 Health and Personal Care Facility <br />(A) Use Standards <br />(1) Where a State license is required to operate the facility, evidence that the <br />requirements to qualify for said license have been, or will be, met shall be <br />133Anewlandusecategorytoaddresshousingofbetween6to15individualswhodonotrequirespecializedcare. <br /> 52
