To promote the public health, safety and general welfare as required in Section <br />5.3.2 (A) (2) (a), to ensure adjacent property values are maintained or enhanced as <br />required in Section 5.3.2 (A) (2) (b), and to ensure the proposed use is in harmony <br />with the general area as required in Section 5.3.2 (A) (2) (c) of the UDO, existing <br />vegetation within 100’ of the property boundary (excluding property frontages along <br />public rights-of-way ) will remain undisturbed. <br /> <br />6. To promote the public health, safety and general welfare as required in Section <br />5.3.2 (A) (2) (a), to ensure adjacent property values are maintained or enhanced as <br />required in Section 5.3.2 (A) (2) (b), and to ensure the proposed use is in harmony <br />with the general area as required in Section 5.3.2 (A) (2) (c) of the UDO, no amplified <br />sound will be permitted on-site between the hours of 12:00am – 7:00am. <br /> <br />7. To promote the public health, safety and general welfare as required in Section <br />5.3.2 (A) (2) (a), to ensure adjacent property values are maintained or enhanced as <br />required in Section 5.3.2 (A) (2) (b), and permitted by Orange County Environmental <br />Health, the existing audible Low Pressure alarm associated with the septic system will be <br />replaced with a SMS/MMS notification system. <br /> <br />8. Per Section 2.5 of the UDO the applicant shall obtain all necessary and applicable <br />permits from the County associated with the development of the property consistent with <br />the approved Special Use Permit, including but not limited to: <br /> <br />a. Building/ Solid Waste Management Permit, <br />b. Environmental Health Permit, <br />c. Erosion Control Management Permit, <br />d. Stormwater Permit, and <br />e. Zoning Compliance Permit. <br /> <br />9. In accordance with the provisions of Section 2.7.12 (C) of the UDO, if any condition of <br />this Special Use Permit shall be held invalid or void, then this Special Use Permit shall be <br />void in its entirety and of no effect. <br /> <br />10. In accordance with the provisions of Section 2.7.12 (D) of the UDO, the Special Use <br />Permit will automatically expire within 12 months from the date of approval if the use has <br />not commenced or construction has not commenced or proceeded unless a timely <br />application for extension of this time limit is approved by the Board of Adjustment. <br /> <br />394394394
