Bob will add a sentence or two <br />Ed suggested attaching article about the barn cat program; also suggested making it <br />explicit our success with respect to “lifelong muzzling,” add dogfighting legislative <br />advocacy. (Maureane agreed with this but thought it should be couched in terms of <br />using a behavioral assessment to make the determination rather than a once-size-fits all <br />inflexible standard) <br />1. community’s and media’s positive reception of community-cats program <br />2. being able to allow for “revisit[ing], review[ing], and rescind[ing]” of dangerous-dog <br />declarations
