7 <br /> 2. Conduct the biennial Go Chapel Hill Mobility Business and Employee surveys. This survey form, <br /> provided by the Town of Chapel Hill,will show the travel behavior of employees; <br /> 3. Prepare and submit an annual report on the status and implementation of the Transportation <br /> Management Plan. <br /> 4. Attend Town Go Chapel Hill Transportation Demand Management Active Business annual <br /> training workshop. <br /> Data Calculation <br /> The Orange County Transportation Demand Management(TDM) Coordinator will base their commuter <br /> engagement programs on the information collected from the Biennial Commuter Survey along with other <br /> metrics that will impact the use of Single Occupancy Vehicles(SOVs). These metrics include fuel prices, <br /> bus fare,parking options, and fees. This will also include feedback collected directly at public outreach <br /> events. <br /> Goal: <br /> The primary goal will be to minimize the amount of SOV trips to and from the Southern Human Services <br /> Center, especially during peak travel times(6 am—9 am; 4 pm—6 pm). Thus reducing the number of <br /> Additionally, Orange County will continue to align their goals with the Town of Chapel Hill TMP <br /> Guidelines and Orange County Board of Commissioners' goal of improving the air quality for county <br /> residents. Implementation of this goal will include working with the County departments either serving or <br /> housed on the Southern Orange campus: <br /> • Orange County Public Transportation (OCPT), <br /> • Asset Management Services, <br /> • Aging(Robert and Pearl Seymour Center), <br /> • Social Services(Southern Human Services Center(SHSC)), <br /> • Health(SHSC), <br /> • Child Support(SHSC), <br /> • Housing and Community Development(SHSC), <br /> • Human Rights and Relations(SHSC) <br />
