The requested <br />amount for FY 2005-2006 administrative funds is an increase due to adjustments in payroll and <br />fringe benefits consistent with approved County pay and benefits. The request for capital funds <br />for FY 2005-2006 of $45,000 is new as no capital funds were requested in FY 2004-2005, The <br />capital request is to purchase new scheduling/management software as recommended in the <br />draft Community Transportation Improvement Plan (CTIP) and endorsed by both the CTIP <br />Steering Committee and the Transportation Services Board, The new software will allow OPT <br />to modernize its scheduling methodology and enact cone-day advance service request policy <br />that is much desired by its clients, <br />Administrative funds will continue to be used to support the overall transit system management <br />and continue to promote general ridership, <br />
