33. Grammatical Usage. In construing this Lease feminine or neuter pronouns <br />shall be substituted for those masculine in form and vice versa, and plural terms shall be <br />substituted for singular and singular for plural in any place in which the context so requires. <br />34. Hillsborough Agreement. Tenant utilizes the Premises for the purposes of <br />carrying out its obligations to the Town of Hillsborough pursuant to its agreement with the Town <br />to manage the visitors center and tourism related marketing and communications. Should <br />Tenant's agreement with the Town of Hillsborough expire or be terminated this Lease shall <br />terminate and the Tenant shall immediately surrender the Premises as provided herein. <br />35. Memorandum of Lease. County and Tenant shall execute a Memorandum of <br />Lease for recordation. Such Memorandum of Lease shall comply with Article 8 of Chapter 47 of <br />the North Carolina General Statutes. <br />36. Entire Agreement. This Lease contains the entire agreement between the <br />parties, and any executory agreement hereafter made shall be ineffective to change, modify, or <br />discharge it in whole or in part, unless such executory agreement is in writing and signed by the <br />party against whom enforcement of the change, modification or discharge is sought. <br />[Signature Page to Follow] <br />Page 11 of 12 <br />
