Grammatical Usage. In construing this Lease feminine or neuter pronouns <br /> shall be substituted for those masculine in form and vice versa, and plural terms shall be <br /> substituted for singular and singular for plural in any place in which the context so requires. <br /> 34. Memorandum of Lease. County and Tenant shall execute a Memorandum of <br /> Lease for recordation. Such Memorandum of Lease shall comply with Article 8 of Chapter 47 of <br /> the North Carolina General Statutes. <br /> 35. Entire Aareement.
