The request has been reviewed in accordance with the above stated eligibility criteria and <br />determined eligible for reimbursement. <br />Results of Eligibility Review <br />1. Household Income: <br />a. Family #1: Family of five Annual Income: $24,086 <br />b. Family #2: Family of three Annual Income: $23,530 <br />c. Family #3: Family of four Annual Income: $23,530 <br />d. Family #4: Family of four Annual Income: $28,477 <br />All incomes are less than 50% of the area HUD published median income. <br />2. Purchase Price: <br />$67,500 <br />3. Certification of 99 year Affordability: <br />Habitat for Humanity of Orange County, NC, Inc. certifies in writing that the four <br />homes will remain affordable to families earning less than 80% of the area median <br />income for at least ninety-nine (99) years. <br />4. Documentation of Impact Fee Payment Yes, The fee was paid at the time the <br />building permit was issued. Actual reimbursement will take place at the time that the <br />Impact Fee Agreement is executed by Habitat for Humanity and recorded in the <br />Register of Deeds Office. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: The balance in the County Housing Trust Fund is approximately <br />$34,425. Expenditure of $12,000 far these reimbursements will leave a balance of $22,425. <br />RECOMMENDATION (S): The Manager recommends approval of the impact fee <br />reimbursement request from Habitat for Humanity of Orange County, NC, Inc. for $12,000 far <br />four (4) newly constructed homes. <br />
