Van Horn, MPH, MD <br />Matthew Vizithum, OD <br />(Pharmacy Position Vacant) <br />Alice White, MPH, PhD <br />Edith Kathryn Wilder, DVM <br />Sharon Freeland, BA, MTS <br />From: Rosemary Summers <br />Secretary to Board of Health <br />Re: Recommendation for Reappointment <br />At its meeting on April 28, 2005 the Board considered the positions up for <br />reappointment and voted to forward the following recommendations for your <br />consideration. <br />5 <br />Chris Harlan, nurse, has served a partial term of Tess than two years, so this would be <br />her first full three-year term, The Board is recommending that Chris Harlan be <br />reappointed to her first three-year term. <br />Dr. Sharon Van Horn, at-large, is eligible to serve her final three-year term, The Board <br />is recommending that she be reappointed to her second three-year term. <br />Dr, Kate Wilder, veterinarian, has withdrawn from consideration for a second term due <br />to personal commitments, The Board will pursue recruitment for this position. We <br />would expect to have a recommendation by the end of June or July, <br />Attached are copies of Board attendance records for 2003 - 2005. <br />The Board also considered applicants for the Pharmacist position, Candace Kelly and <br />James Stefanadis, Mr, Stefanadis is a practicing pharmacist of a large outpatient <br />pharmacy and has good community experience. The Board feels he would bring <br />expertise in his field to the Board of Health, The Board was unanimous in their <br />recommendation of Mr, Stefanadis for the position of Pharmacist representative, <br />
