Widen the opening to receive <br />a .32 inch door unit. Install a new 32" interior matching door unit. <br />Install a privacy lockset. Finish the door and trim to match the <br />existing unit. <br />2. Prepare the ceiling for a textured spray, Fill all nail holes and <br />exposed tape with sheetrock f ller. Sand the filler smooth. Spray <br />the ceiling with a texhired spray. <br />3. Prepare all painted trim for paint. Caulk all cracks and seams with <br />latex caulk. Paint the trim with semi-gloss paint. The paint shall <br />cover completely. <br />TERMITE TREATMENT: <br />Provide a termite inspection and treatment.
