Paint the baseboard with semi-gloss latex paint. The paint <br />shall cover completely. <br />FRONT RIGHT BEDROOM: <br />Install an interior flush door unit, hlstall matching casing & privacy <br />lockset. Finish the door & casing to match the existing trim. <br />2. Remove the existing crown molding, Install matching wall paneling <br />at all needed areas. Install 3" stained crown molding. <br />11 <br />hlstall a stained closet door & trim. Re-work the closet shelves so <br />the door will close properly. Install a passage lockset.. <br />
