Wynn Property - Qualifying Farmland Certification <br /> & Voluntary Agricultural District Designation <br /> Presentation by Marvin Collins. <br /> (Abstract and application material on file in the <br /> Planning Department) <br /> The Planning Staff recommends that the property of James <br /> and Patricia Wynn be certified as qualifying farmland <br /> and recommended for designation as a voluntary <br /> agricultural district. <br /> MOTION: Walters moved approval as recommended by the Planning <br /> Staff.
