Walters, and Robert Marshall <br /> Dunn and Rose Walters Dunn of their property on High <br /> Rock Road in Cedar Grove Township for inclusion in <br /> an existing voluntary agricultural district. <br /> BACKGROUND: Section IV.D.2 . of the Voluntary Farmland <br /> Preservation Program Ordinance permits the <br /> Agricultural Districts Advisory Board to review and <br /> approve applications for qualifying farmland and <br /> make recommendations concerning the establishment <br /> and modification of agricultural districts. The <br /> official designation of agricultural districts is <br /> the responsibility of the Board of Commissioners. <br /> Section V.B. of the Voluntary Farmland Preservation <br /> Program Ordinance contains the requirements for <br /> inclusion in a voluntary agricultural district. <br /> B. REQUIREMENTS FOR INCLUSION IN A VOLUNTARY <br /> AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT <br /> 1. An agricultural district shall initially <br /> consist of: <br /> a. At least 80 contiguous acres of <br /> certified qualifying farmland; or <br /> (Amended 9/22/92) <br /> b. At least two or more certified <br /> qualifying farms, contiguous to each <br />
