Johnson and Mary G. Bacon of the Bacon <br /> Family❑mited Partnership for Certfication as Qualifying Farmland. Mr. Johnson submitted the <br /> form as part of the application process for the County's Voluntary AgdalWral District Program. <br /> The property is listed for present-use taxation program but does not have a plan on file with <br /> the Natural Resources Conservation Serves or North Carolina Forest Service. <br /> To secure such certification, a tract must: <br /> 1.
