At the March 24th BOCC <br />meeting, the AHAB recommended the appointment of four applicants for three vacancies. <br />Those recommended were Steve Clements, Artie Franklin, Gary Gaddy, and Betty Toms- <br />Davidson. At that meeting, the BOCC appointed Artie Franklin, Gary Gaddy, and Betty Toms- <br />Davidson.
