Revised -XO\ <br />Department Managers and Supervisors: <br />•Managers and Supervisors will: <br />o Support and enforce compliance with the Exposure Control Program. <br />o Correct any unsafe acts, and refer personnel for remedial exposure <br />control training if required. <br />o Assure safe operating practices on-scene and in the workplace. <br />o Refer for medical evaluation any personnel possibly unfit for work for <br />Exposure Control or other reasons. <br />o Conduct formal workplace tours and document the results monthly. <br />Personnel: <br />•All personnel will: <br />o Assume responsibility for their health and safety. <br />o Always utilize appropriate personal protective equipment as the situation <br />and current protocol dictates. <br />o Assure personal compliance with Exposure Control Program SOPs. <br />o Immediately report any incident of suspected occupational exposure to <br />communicable diseases to their supervisor and to the Exposure Control <br />Officer. <br />o Immediately Report any diagnosis of communicable disease to the <br />Department’s Exposure Control Officer. <br />DocuSign Envelope ID: 79C5D167-B6CA-4E59-B4AC-AA38CC1B20BD
