Orange County Emergency Services <br />System Plan <br />Mass Gathering Plan <br /> Revised September, 2018 <br />Procedure: <br />x Event medical plans shall be submitted to Orange County Emergency <br />Services no later than 60 days prior to the proposed event. <br />x The Orange County Emergency Services Operation Officer and the <br />Orange County Emergency Services Medical Director shall review the <br />medical plan within 15 days and respond to both the event sponsor and <br />the permitting agency as follows: <br />o Recommended without modification <br />o Recommended, contingent upon acceptance of modifications <br />o Not recommended <br />x Those plans not recommended shall be returned and will include an <br />explanation of the decision. <br />x The applicant may appeal the decision by resubmitting the plan to the <br />Orange County Emergency Services Director and requesting review of the <br />decision within 5 working days. <br />x The point of contact for questions regarding this policy is the Orange <br />County Emergency Services Operations Manager. <br />DocuSign Envelope ID: 79C5D167-B6CA-4E59-B4AC-AA38CC1B20BD
