- 2 - <br />Guarantee of Due Process: <br />x Each individual that temporarily or permanently has their practice privileges <br />suspended will be given due process as required by G.S. 10A NCAC 13P.0408 <br />(7). <br />x The Peer Review Committee has delegated the responsibility for review of <br />situations involving medical discipline to the Medical Review Panel.
