(Trigon) has completed the subsurface exploration and <br />geoteehnical evaluation of the closed landfill site located next to the Fairview Parlc in <br />Hillsborough. The work was performed in general accordance with our January 4, 2000, Proposal <br />for Environmental, Community Relations, and Geoteclmical Support (No 036-99-091-P). <br />The purpose of this study was to explore the general subsurface conditions, and to evaluate those <br />conditions with regard to future site development. Additionally, the investigation was to <br />delineate the approximate aerial extent of t11e refuse and rubble landfilled at the properly. This <br />report presents our findings, along with our conclusions and recommendations for design and <br />construction <br />Trigon appreciates the opportunity to provide our geoteclutical engineering services to Orange <br />County.
