If for any reason the telephone links are busy or have failed, ACC 9-1-1 will process the call <br /> per their procedures and spawn/send the call to OCES 9-1-1 via the C2C. Furthermore, it <br /> shall be the responsibility of ACC 9-1-1 to follow up with OCES 9-1-1 via telephone to ensure <br /> that correct function of the C2C took place. <br /> F. Any Public Records request shall be the responsibility of the agency having custody of the <br /> requested records. <br /> 3. Notices and Signatures. This Agreement, together with any amendments or modifications, may <br /> be executed electronically. All electronic signatures affixed hereto evidence the intent of the <br /> Parties to conform with North Carolina General Statutes Section 66-317. <br /> 4. Amendments -Any amendments or revisions to this Agreement shall be approved in writing by <br /> both parties. <br /> 5. Termination - This Agreement shall be in effect upon execution of the Agreement by both <br /> Parties and will continue until terminated by either of the Parties. This Agreement may be <br /> terminated upon thirty (30) days prior written notice to the other party. <br /> 6. Entire Agreement - This Agreement, including any referenced attachments, constitutes the <br /> entire agreement between the parties and shall supersede, replace or nullify any and all prior <br /> agreements. <br /> 7. Governing Law - The laws of the State of North Carolina shall govern all aspects of this <br /> Agreement. <br /> 8.
