Morgan & Little Creeks Local Watershed Planning Initiative (North Carolina <br /> 23 Department of Environment& Natural Resources - Ecosystem Enhancement <br /> 24 Program/Orange County Planning and ERCD) <br /> 25 <br /> 26 Dave Stancil said that there has been an effort underway to look at the possibility of watershed <br /> 27 planning, particularly stream restoration work and storm water management. <br /> 28 <br /> 29 Bonnie Duncan, Planning Supervisor from the North Carolina Department of Environment and <br /> 30 Natural Resources, made the PowerPoint presentation.
