A~Ie~ted=August 15~ 1983 16 <br />P~meRded=Febfua+~r 1; 7988 <br />Any person who violates any provision of this Ordinance shall be deemed <br />guilty of a Class 3 misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment not to exceed <br />##irt~-(38~ fifteen (15) days or by fine not to exceed ta#ty five hundred <br />($500,Q0) dollars, or both, Each day of a continuing violation shall constitute <br />a separate violation under this subsection, <br />Article VIII: Severability <br />If any provision of this Ordinance is adjudged invalid or if the application thereof <br />to any person or in any circumstance is adjudged invalid, such invalidity shall not affect <br />the validity of this Ordinance as a whole or of any part, subpart, sentence or clause <br />thereof not adjudged invalid, <br />Article XIX: Abrogation <br />This Ordinance repeals the existing Orange County Noise Ordinance <br />adopted August 15, 1983, as amended on February 1, 1988. This Ordinance is not <br />intended to repeal, abrogate or impair any greater restrictions imposed en-by any other <br />State law or local government ordinance or any existing easements, covenants, or <br />deed restrictions. Wherever the provisions of any other law, ordinance, er regulation or <br />restriction impose higher standards than are required by the provisions of this <br />Ordinance, this Ordinance does not prohibit the enforcement of any such law, <br />ordinance, regulation or restriction.-the-prsvisi rdf+~ar~se-er <br />Article XI II: Effective Date <br /> <br />i3 <br />This Ordinance shall be effective upon adoption.
