19 <br />Section 2. The previous Resolution restructuring the Public Art Commission <br />approved by the City Council on May 10, 1993 in Resolution Book .31 Page 62 shall be <br />repealed as of the effective date of this ordinance. As of the effective date of this <br />ordinance, all existing and unspent funds appropriated for the works of art shall be <br />transferred to the appropriate Public Art Account. <br />Section 3.
