TRIANGLE AREA WATER SUPPLY MONITORING PROJECT <br /> INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT <br /> ARTICLE II-AMENDMENTS TO BY-LAWS <br /> Amendments to these by-laws may be approved by an affirmative vote of the majority of the <br /> Steering Committee,provided written notice of the proposed changes have been provided to all <br /> representatives at least thirty(30) days prior to the vote being taken.
