Contract No. TJCOG— CBS -004 <br />iv. Provide documentation to TJCOG of vehicle technology certification, purchase orders, <br />certification of vehicle receipt, photographs of all 4 sides of vehicle plus photos of VIN <br />plate. <br />V. Certification that Neighborhood Electric Vehicle (NEV) purchases are replacing <br />traditional petroleum vehicles, including photos of VIN plate and description of <br />traditional vehicle disposal. <br />vi. Vehicles must be procured by April 30, 2012. <br />Apply Si Wage: Apply appropriate signage to vehicles stating that they are part of a U.S. <br />Department of Energy (U.S. DOE) Clean Cities Award and are powered by an alternative fuel <br />and/or advanced technology. <br />4. Post Deployment of Vehicles: Provide TJCOG performance data (see reporting below) on vehicles <br />until 4 /30/2014. <br />Infrastructure Equipment Purchases <br />Purchase and Take Delivery of Equipment <br />c. Obtain necessary state and local permits. <br />d. Complete actions necessary to begin construction and/or retrofit. This could include, but is not <br />limited to drafting specifications, issuing Requests for Quotes (RFQs), Evaluating Quotes, <br />Selecting Infrastructure/Fuel Hardware Vendor, Negotiating Agreements with Vendor, etc. <br />e. Certify that where appropriate, American Iron & Steel provisions have been followed, using the <br />form supplied in this contract package. <br />6. Installation: Install equipment of Fueling Infrastructure. This includes complying with all Davis <br />Bacon requirements (guidance provided below). <br />7. Apply ig_nage: Apply appropriate signage to fueling infrastructure including all required federal, <br />state and local fuel dispensing information including, but not limited to fuel contents, safety <br />precautions, etc. In addition, apply appropriate signage to fueling infrastructure stating that it is part <br />of a U.S. DOE Clean Cities Award. <br />Infrastructure Operational: All equipment must be operational by April 30, 2012. <br />9. Post Operation of Infrastructure: Provide TJCOG performance data (see reporting below) on fuel <br />usage until 4 /30/2014. <br />Additional Deliverables <br />10. Training: Identify and report to TJCOG specific training needs of vehicle operators, vehicle <br />technicians, vehicle staff, refueling site supervisors, refueling site staff. Participate in scheduled <br />training events, as needed. <br />11. Submit complete documentation/invoices related to work performed for reimbursement. <br />12. Comply with and submit timely reports related to the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act. <br />13. Comply with the Special Terms and Conditions provided by the U.S. DOE (see Attachment A -1) <br />14. Obtain any required permits and comply with applicable federal, state, and municipal laws, codes, <br />and regulations for work performed under this award. <br />Funding: <br />Page 13 of 34 <br />
