ATTACHMENT C <br />MIXED LOAD PENALTY <br />A Mixed Waste Penalty (MLP) is levied against loads disposed of at the Orange County Landfill <br />that contain clean wood, metal, whole pallets, white goods, tires and/or corrugated cardboard. A <br />MLP is paid at the cost of double tip fee charge. Tickets will be compiled and sent out with <br />monthly statements. <br />9 <br />
