Apr. 11. 1006 J :05PM Freedom House Keoo-very No, I9 F. 9 <br />recovery center <br />MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT <br />BETWEEN <br />Freedom House AND <br />Central Carolina Community College <br />April 1, 2008 <br />This memorandum of agreement is between Freedom House Recovery Center (FHRC) and <br />Central Carolina Community College, Chatham County (CCCC). The purpose of this <br />memorandum is to outline the procedure used for education obtained by the clients <br />attending Freedom House Recovery Center Resource Center and Chatham Counseling <br />Center (CCC), <br />Parties agree as follows: <br />CCCC ags: <br />1. To commu*ate with the FHRC Resource Center Coordinator as needed for <br />evaluating and lmprovmg client services. <br />2. To provide placenr m testing to find.out the educ onal level of client <br />3. To provide inform on to the client about GED and High School Diploma classes, <br />seated and online. <br />4;. To provide infonnation to the client about Englissh as a Second Language classes for <br />foieign-born adults. <br />5. To provide infmmtion to the client about Compensatory Education classes for mentally <br />handicapped silents or victaixr�s of brain injury. <br />FHRC's Coordinator and/or CSS Worker agee: <br />1. To obtain all required release of information forms needed to facilitate the excharip <br />of infoanatioai between agencies. <br />2. To provide any periinerrt information about the client to insure appmpriaft <br />services. <br />3.
