Service on I- <br />40 is proposed for elimination, and instead the <br />route would operate exclusively on US 70. A new <br />service loop through Hillsborough serving <br />Lakeshore Drive, King Street, and Church Street is <br />proposed to be added to the route and will provide <br />improved circulation within Hillsborough.
