The team, <br /> coached by Jason Curtis, finished the season with a record of 21-3-1 and won its fifth state title. <br /> FINANCIAL IMPACT: There is no financial impact associated with this proclamation. <br /> SOCIAL JUSTICE IMPACT: There is no Orange County Social Justice Goal impact associated <br /> with this item. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board approve and authorize the <br /> Chair to sign a proclamation recognizing the Chapel Hill High School Men's Soccer Team and <br /> Coach Jason Curtis for winning the 2018 State Championship and the players and coaches for <br /> representing the community with the highest ideals of sportsmanship and integrity. <br />
