We don' t have a budget. <br /> Wilson states that the general answer from the staff perspectives is ' yes . ' Does he <br /> come for nothing then we just put him on the agenda . If we tour the pilot in Texas <br /> that' s an additional expense . I don' t want to rule it out. We would need to look at <br /> cost and potential benefits . If the manager and the BOCC don' t have a problem and <br /> the money is in the budget then perhaps so . We have taken one tour to the laboratory <br /> in Georgia Tech . about ten or twelve years ago hopefully some progress has been <br /> made since then. This is the type of thing this group should be doing, bringing in <br /> folks and expanding the knowledge base it just depends on what it costs . <br /> Sassaman states that the only thing to say is to thank you all, OCV and other members <br /> of the public for all your input and hard work over the year .
