The answer is, we did coordinate <br /> closely with their staff, but there was some misinterpretation by higher management <br /> regarding an alternative evaluation that was done a year earlier that utilized a <br /> different methodology . However we did reengage with Town staff and they made a <br /> couple of minor changes which increased the cost and emissions impact. <br /> Bowerman asks is this just Chapel Hill, no one else needed recalculations . <br /> Wilson replies the numbers are total emissions but the changes result only from the <br /> change in Chapel Hill data . <br /> 5 . Board Member Comments Norwood states on the scavenging thing I know it costs <br /> money but it makes money too so please re-implement selling of lumber . <br /> Wilson states that now there is a good market for grinding and selling it. It would be <br /> more of a hassle to load and selling it.
