38
Comparison of TIP Projects in ~'Y2004-2010 & hY 2006-2012 'T'IPS
The following two tables summarize the project funding, cost and schedule changes that
have occurred going from the FY2004-2010 TIP to the draft FY2006-2012 TIP, For the
most part, project changes occur when the initiation and completion of'the construction
funding slips one to two years, and when project costs increase. It is assumed that the
overall project completion delay will be similar in length to the delay in project
construction funding. The most significant impacts include: 1) the demotion of the East
End Connector -project construction funding slips from Fiscal Year 2010 to "Postyear"
(or, indefinitely); and, 2) no new, major roadway projects have been fimded in the draft
FY2006-2012 TIP.
T..
