That transfer station, if there is a transfer <br /> station sited in Orange County is going to be on the NC 54 property . The parallel <br /> track was to determine if for some finite period of time we could use an alternative <br /> method while we developed an alternative way to the transfer station those numbers <br /> are the numbers we need to see . I think we have begun to see that. That was the <br /> essence of my question, where do the two lines cross because we are either going to <br /> build a transfer station out on Hwy 54 or we are not going to build a transfer station at <br /> all. It is not a question of finding another site . We are not going to open up the siting <br /> process again. That from my standpoint is a fairly definitive statement and should <br /> lead us in the direction to look at what alternative ways there are for handling solid <br /> waste in Orange County .
