There was limitation of what the <br /> solid waste department could pay for versus what the Commissioners could pay out <br /> of the tax revenues . <br /> Smith states that we can only react. <br /> Sassaman states that the enterprise money is needed for the enterprise . If they are <br /> spent on something else it will require us to get the money in some other way - such <br /> as increase the 3 -R Fee or taxes . <br /> Pollock states that to answer Linda ' s question. We are trying to rebuild our funds but <br /> we need over two million to cap the landfill, four million for the transfer station, and <br /> our conventional fleet replacement costs and the like like , Those monies are not in <br /> the bank anymore .
