Staff noted that there will be an interlocal agreement <br /> between Durham and Orange counties , and although arrangements for park management <br /> will be addressed in that agreement , it would be helpful for the committee to consider <br /> those issues . <br /> Committee members decided to visit the park site and hold at least one more meeting <br /> prior to hosting a public meeting to gauge the community ' s interest in potential uses . <br /> A site visit was scheduled for Sunday , November 19 from 1 - 4pm . Committee members <br /> and staff will meet at the home of Kim Watkins (4411 Guess Road) located adjacent to <br /> the future main entrance . Following a tour of the entrance and meadow area , the <br /> committee will drive to the Summer Road entrance for a look at the interior sections of <br /> the property . <br /> The next regular meeting to follow the site visit was scheduled for January 16 . Staff <br /> will email members to confirm that date . Suggested locations for future meetings <br /> include , the Caldwell Community Building , Pleasant Green Community Center, Little <br /> River Community Complex , New Sharon Church and the Schley Grange Hall .
