No difference in little <br /> environmental issues and big environmental issues to someone who doesn ' t know how to <br /> priortize . Don ' t want to do "busy work, " but when asked to do something , want to do it right . <br /> Alice Gordon : BOCC is environmentally friendly , thinks they will listen . <br /> Dan Okun : Who regulates septic tanks ? <br /> Alice Gordon : Environmental Health Division of the Health Department and the State . <br /> -Dan Okun : Comments about need for inspections of septic tanks and alternative systems <br /> (package treatment plants) . ' <br /> Alice Gordon : Time is right to take environmental issues to BOCC . Education required because <br /> some people will say you ' re trying to stop development . <br /> VI . Will try to locate site closer <br /> to Chapel Hill for next meeting .
