Call to Order <br /> Chair Loraine Kohorn, called meeting to order at 7 : 35` PM . <br /> II . Consideration of Additions or Changes to Agenda <br /> No changes to the meeting agenda were proposed . <br /> III . Approval of September 14 , 1998 Minutes <br /> Chair Kohorn suggested that minor changes be made to the minutes , primarily typos , at the top <br /> of page 5 . These changes were approved as amended . <br /> IV. Report on Public Hearing on Horace Williams Property <br /> Rosalinda Lidh gave an overview of the Town of Chapel Hill ' s September 14 , 1998 public <br /> hearing regarding development plans for the Horace Williams Property : Rosalinda Lidh <br /> remarked that : <br /> • The mixed use plan prepared by Chapel Hill for development of the Horace William property <br /> had been revised ; <br /> • Plan revisions do not impact the environment in either a positive or negative way ; <br /> • UNC - CH ' s appears to be backing off their initial support of the mixed use plan . <br /> Ms . Lidh indicated that the consultants felt that they lacked enough time to review the plan , but <br /> will get back to her with their comments . Additionally , Ms . Lidh stated that she has a revised <br /> copy of the plan that Commission members are welcome to see , although she suspects that <br /> changes to the latest version of the plan will be forthcoming . <br />
