Those topics include : <br /> I . Planning <br /> 11 . Water and Sewer <br /> III . Annexation <br /> IV . Financing of Utilities of areas near 1 =85/ US70 <br /> After this progress report work-session , planning staffs are prepared to present our preliminary <br /> reports to respective managers and then to governing beards in the next few months . The purpose <br /> of these - cooperative planning efforts is to improve land use and transportation decisions , improve <br /> intergovernmental coordination and information sharing , and be able to consistently respond to <br /> inquiries for development in the area , as well as , respond to public health emergencies such as <br /> failed septic systems . <br /> There are six companion studies , plans and agreements that affect this area . <br /> 1 . Subject Areas - Planning Studies and Reports <br /> A . 1 . Orange County Economic Development District ( EDD ) <br /> k85/ US Hwy 70 <br /> Adopted 3/ 1 /94 and amended thru 8/20196 <br />
