House Bill 1309 -First Edition Page 2 of 2 <br /> interests as recommended by the appraisers or commissioners , those Joint tenants or tenants <br /> in common shall have 10 days from the date of filing of the report to file written notice of <br /> objection to the report and request a hearing before the clerk of superior court on the value . An <br /> evidentiary hearing limited to the proposed valuation of the interests of the petitioning joint <br /> tenants or tenants in common shall be conducted , and an order as to the valuation of the <br /> petitioning joint tenants ' or tenants in common' s interests shall be issued . <br /> (f The costs of the appraisers or commissioners pursuant to this section shall be taxed as <br /> a part of the cost of court to those seeking purchase to or purchasing the interests of the ' of int <br /> tenants or tenants in common petitioning to sell their interest in the property described in the k <br /> petition . <br /> " <br /> SECTION 2 .
