One thing I have found out is that most people usually <br /> have an opinion on forestry issues , and they are not ashamed to <br /> itl Another indicator would be the number of <br /> tell you about <br /> citizen complaints that I get on harvest operations through out <br /> the district . I would think that the frivolous nature of some of <br /> the calls would decrease as awareness increased . Finally ongoing <br /> forums would be a good indicator of interest and would thus be a <br /> good indicator of possible progress . <br />
