Planning <br /> II . Water and Sewer <br /> III . Annexation <br /> IV . Financing of Utilities of areas near k85/ US70 <br /> After this progress report work- session , planning staffs are prepared to present our preliminary <br /> reports to respective managers and then to governing boards in the next few months . The purpose <br /> of these cooperative planning efforts is to improve land use and transportation decisions , improve <br /> intergovernmental coordination and information sharing , and be able to consistently respond to <br /> inquiries for development in the area , as well as , respond to public health emergencies such as <br /> failed septic systems . <br /> There are six companion studies , plans and agreements that affect this area . <br /> I .
