Call to Order . <br /> Chair Price called the meeting to order at 7 : 35 p . m . <br /> II . Additions or Changes to Agenda . <br /> Price noted a desire to switch agenda items # IV and V to allow Commissioner <br /> Brown to be present for the proposed quarry expansion agenda item . <br /> III . Approval of Minutes (April 10 , and May 8 , 2000 ) . <br /> This item was addressed following agenda Item # IV when there was a quorum . <br /> MOTION : Pratt made motion to approve the April 10 , 2000 minutes . <br /> Seconded by McIver . <br /> VOTE : unanimous . <br /> Fortmann requested that the May 8t" minutes show the proxy vote taken for <br /> forming the Water Committee . It was noted that with seven members attending <br /> on May 8t" , one more member was needed for a quorum , and that Dan Okun via <br /> & mail had endorsed the formation of the water committee . <br /> MOTION : Cotterman made motion to approve the May 8 , 2000 minutes with <br /> the inclusion of the proxy vote for the formation of the water <br /> committee .
