A <br /> media search for relevant , industry related information will serve to supplement this <br /> 'information . <br /> SWOT Analysis : Using standard tools of marketing and competitive analysis , ACDS will <br /> assess the overall strengths , weaknesses , opportunities , and threats ( SWOT ) of the <br /> county ( ies ) agriculture vis - a - vis regional , national , and international market dynamics . <br /> This analysis will independently address important industry sectors such as tobacco , <br /> = - livestock , tree fruit , and small grains as well as niche opportunities such as agricultural <br /> tourism , and alternative crops . <br /> Presentation of Findings <br /> ACDS will provide TJCOG a final report package that consists of three bound copies and <br /> a complete electronic file of the final report . It can be incorporated with the COCS report , <br /> if the client so chooses . The final report will be written for a non . technical audience of <br /> industry representatives , policy makers , and the general public . The report will include <br /> the following components . <br /> • Executive Summary <br /> • Background Information <br /> • Study Methodology <br /> • Research Findings and Analysis ( statement of current conditions , statement of <br /> economic . impact , segment analysis and SWOT analysis ) <br /> • Action strategies/recommendations <br /> • Appendices <br /> Furthermore , ACDS commits itself to make a public presentation of the research <br /> findings . The presentation is estimated to be 1 . 5 hours in duration and will be held at a <br /> mutually convenient date and time to be determined . <br /> 5 <br />
